Queens native, singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist, who’s also in a sick band with his brothers, Danny Singh, is an independent artist who today released his latest track “WYD?” - It’s super hypnotic and sexy (sultry guitar riffs and all). The infectious track is gaining momentum on TikTok, and has racked up over 15m views across all postsAlong with the track, Danny is going to share a stunning visualizer inspired by American Beauty, see HEREAdditionally, tomorrow at 10am he’s going to release the official music video, here’s an advanced preview!

Danny Singh describes his sound as "Punk n B," a genre-blending fusion of punk rock and R&B, drawing inspiration from artists like André 3000, Sa-Ra, Frank Ocean, and JPEGMAFIA. , Danny’s musical journey began at the age of 10 in church, where his parents served as the lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist director. Immersed in music from an early age, he quickly mastered the piano, bass, and saxophone. By 13, he was already producing his own tracks and went on to win AfroPunk’s “Battle of the Bands.” Since then, he’s been tirelessly honing his craft, channeling his childhood experiences into powerful works.

Earlier this month Danny shared "TOXIC," a collaboration with Colombian producer, Lunas!. “The song was inspired by Lunas. We were in the studio, and he opened up about his on-and-off toxic relationship, where they couldn’t escape each other but were both unhappy,” Danny shares. On the electrifying track, Danny’s smooth vocals glide effortlessly over Lunas!’s fast-paced, club-ready production. “I went in the booth and wrote from his perspective, punching in line by line without any pre-written lyrics,” he recalls, creating an instant anthem for late-night escapades.

In the accompanying video, the duo embodies the thrill and anticipation of a night out in New York City. Dressed to impress, they navigate a vibrant, neon-soaked underworld cityscape, bringing the energy of the track to life. “Danny and I just hit it off from the jump. We’re both down to try new things and push the bounds.” LUNAS! shares “This song is a special collab because it is a perfect blend of both worlds.” Watch “TOXIC” HERE. Prior to “TOXIC,” in 2024 he shared his #F3V3RDR3AM mixtape, which featured tracks like “WASSUP,” “EV0L,” and “S0L0” which amassed over one million views on YouTube. Having been working on music since he was a kid, his passion and dedication continue to shine through in every track.
